Peer feedback and self assessment inside a project group.
Give feedback to all other students at your group, and also self assess yourself.

Questions

Give a number (1..5) to your groupmember, and then yourself, about how they/you have performed during the project.

1 = perhaps not motivated in this project, or lack of skills

2 = well, could have been more active or productive

3 = just the normal way...

4 = very good work performance, over expectations

5 = excellent work, "project dream worker"

Now give textual justification for your numerical feedback to your groupmembers, as a constructive feedback (where (s)he succeeded well, what areas could be improved). Your groupmember sees this feedback text. Finally make also a self assessment (select yourself from the student list), i.e. give yourself a textual evaluation.
